Marine Motor Supply ships all products to United States addresses with free shipping. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are handled in 1-3 business days, followed by 9-18 business days of transit, for an estimated total delivery time of 10-21 business days.
United States shipping and free shipping
Marine Motor Supply ships all products to United States addresses only. Every United States order receives free shipping in USD with no minimum order value and no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Order cutoff and handling time
- The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles).
- Orders placed before the cutoff are handled in 1-3 business days, Monday-Saturday.
- Orders placed after the cutoff are treated as received on the next business day for handling-time purposes.
Transit time and delivery estimate
- Transit time is 9-18 business days for all United States destinations, Monday-Saturday.
- Total estimated delivery time is 10-21 business days from order placement.
- Delivery estimates are calculated from the order time, handling time, and carrier transit time.
Carrier and tracking
Marine Motor Supply uses Logistica Cargo NAM for delivery coordination. Tracking is sent when a carrier label or fulfillment update is available.
Split shipments
Orders containing products from different sources, warehouses, or product categories may ship in more than one package. A split shipment does not always mean the remaining items are delayed; some items may simply move through a different fulfillment path.
Oversized and freight items
- Large, heavy, long, fragile, or high-value products may require freight, signature, appointment, liftgate, or special handling services through the carrier.
- Freight orders may require a valid street address, reachable contact information, and inspection at delivery.
- The 10-21 business-day delivery estimate remains an estimate. Address access, freight coordination, weather, carrier routing, and restricted-product rules can affect actual delivery timing.
Batteries, hazmat, and restricted products
- Lithium batteries, chemicals, fluids, flares, paints, adhesives, and other restricted products may have carrier limitations or destination restrictions.
- Some restricted products cannot ship by air, to PO boxes, or through certain carriers.
- If an item cannot ship to the selected destination, the order may require adjustment or cancellation.
PO boxes and address accuracy
- Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
- PO boxes may not be eligible for large, restricted, freight, or carrier-specific products.
- Address errors, missing unit numbers, refused deliveries, and carrier reroutes can delay delivery or create additional costs.
Damaged or missing packages
- Inspect packages when delivered, especially freight or high-value items.
- Save the box, packing materials, labels, and product packaging when damage is visible.
- Contact Marine Motor Supply quickly with photos, tracking information, and a description of the issue.
- Lost package reviews may require carrier investigation, delivery confirmation, and address verification.
